Details about how we carry out this program can vary based on your specific needs, and generally this is what to expect during our 8-weeks - twice per week
We will utilize multiple modalities to address Beliefs, Strategy and Energy/Alignment. Each of these to address things like:
Money
Worth
Confidence
Direction
Purpose
Goals
Connection
Mindset
Strategy
And anything in between
It is amazing because we can cover so many areas.
The way this typically works is that each week you receive 2 sessions.
1 longer live session and 1 short session.
The longer live session is via phone or video using Zoom. They are an experiential process session, eg. clearing a belief, inner child rescue, voice dialog, emotional clearing method, Tapping|EFT, subconscious release technique or we can talk business and I can provide coaching | consulting around your most pressing issue in your business or latest project.
The shorter session alternates each week:
One week is an emotion code | body code focusing on you or your business - we can zoom, phone or I can email the summary
The alternate week is an energy healing session focusing on you & your business - I text you when I am beginning and provide a recap when there is information to share.
And we repeat.
If at any point you decide you prefer one type of work over another, we can focus on that. I have some clients that swap sessions out when they need a certain thing more than the other. I am willing to make modifications.
During your program, we can utilize some of the most powerful coaching tools and energy healing methods in the world, such as:
